8th May & 9th May
Dirty Angel is a play about Rotha Lintorn-Orman, the dyke who set up
Britain's first fascist organisation the British Fascists. It’s a love
story.
Part drama, part poem, part rave, this show explores the sticky boundaries between queer shame, class hatred and fascism. It asks when is love not enough to save us?
A work in progress, script in hand show.

Futures Festival is a Pay What You Can Event, with 100% of the box office going directly towards supporting the artists and the work you see on stage. We invite you to consider what you might typically spend on a show, and choose the highest tier you feel comfortable with - every pound helps us champion new voices and bold ideas.
This show is part of Futures Festival, a work-in-process festival curated by Pleasance Associate Artists. Each artist presents a week of work around a theme relevant to them and the work they are making.
This show is part of the week The Future Is HETEROSEXUAL curated by piss/ CARNATION. A week of shows exploring queer futurity, family, and erotics.
